1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ace77 ("we," "us," "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the ace77 website, mobile application, and any related services offered under the ace77 brand.

By accessing ace77, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

ace77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or by email. Continued use of ace77 after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ace77, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming by any self-exclusion program or court order.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ace77. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

3 Account Responsibilities

You must not share your account login details with any other person. ace77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account when that access was made possible through your own negligence or deliberate disclosure.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity documents, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ace77 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance, deposits, or withdrawals.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine bank transfer via InstaPay and PESONet-connected banks, as well as supported local e-wallets. The full list of currently available methods is displayed within your account dashboard.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page, subject to any applicable verification checks.
• ace77 does not accept payments made by credit card or any form of cryptocurrency for betting or gaming purposes.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

ace77 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawals. This is done to protect account holders and ensure compliance with applicable financial integrity standards. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during such reviews.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ace77 are subject to the specific rules for each game or betting market, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet.

ace77 covers a wide range of game and betting categories including sports betting (basketball, boxing, football, volleyball, esports), live casino, online slots, eBingo, and fish games. Each category operates under its own set of game rules in addition to these general Terms.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odd, price, or game outcome being displayed, ace77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Suspicious betting patterns, coordinated abuse of the platform, or any attempt to exploit technical errors may result in the voiding of bets and suspension of the account involved.
• ace77 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits at its discretion without prior notice.

Game results for live casino and slot titles are determined by random number generation or live dealer outcomes. ace77 does not manipulate game results, and all outcomes are governed by the rules of the individual game provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ace77 may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Suspected involvement in collusion, cheating, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

• Activity that ace77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ace77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the closure is due to platform-side reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

10 Changes to These Terms
